  • any delays or variations must be communicated to manlio_lanza3@yahoo.it at least 48 hours before arrival.

No refund will be given if the tenant is unable to take up residence of the property on the expected day or at the scheduled time owing to travel problems. The same rule applies to early departure.

  • The reservation is confirmed by payment of the deposit. The total amount must to be paid almost 30 days before the beginning of accomodation by paypal link sended by e-mail or by bank transfer...an e-mail with details will be sended right after the reservation.
  • Where the rental agreement is made 29 days before the start of the rental period, the entire balance must be paid to finalise the contract in 5 days from the moment of the reservation . Failure to pay in 5 days the balance of the rental (30 days before arrival) leads to automatic cancellation of the rental and the loss of the deposit.
  • Different conditions can be agreed in particular situations and for long time rentals... Just if required at the moment of reservation the difference amount for the rental can be paid in cash or travel checks ones tenants arrive at the apartment
  • In the event of cancellation on the part of the tenant, he/she will be entitled to reimbursement of the rental fee subject to the deduction of  the reservation deposit.
  • Upon receipt of the re servation deposit , Rentinpalermo administrator will forward to the tenant information on how to reach the property, and how to contact the person responsible for the keys.
  • The tenant is obliged to pay the damage deposit of 100 eurs, otherwise the owner of the property is entitled to refuse entry. Tenants must also respect the accommodation capacity referred to in the description of the property.
  • On arrival the client is obliged to show paypal rec e ipt or a document that proof the booking as well as a valid passport or identity card for the registration of the tenants as required by law.
  • Cleaning:the client is obliged to remove the rubbish and to leave the property in a decent state, otherwise there may be further cost deductions above and beyond those already owed.
